12. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. Wavefront Studio LLC operates a text (SMS/MMS) messaging program for customers and prospective customers who choose to opt in. Through this program we send marketing and promotional messages, event and webinar invitations and reminders, newsletter and content updates, and project, appointment, billing, and customer service messages.
Opt-in and consent. You opt in by providing your mobile phone number to us through a website form, a written agreement, or by texting us directly, and by checking the SMS consent box where one is offered. By opting in you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and that you agree to receive text messages from us at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
